The union is a pivotal platform for carpenters to voice their concerns, share experiences, and seek solutions to common challenges. It's a space where both retired and active members can come together to strengthen their collective voice. Through open dialogue and collaboration, the union can address issues such as workplace safety, fair wages, and benefits, ensuring that the rights and needs of carpenters are met. Engaging in these discussions is essential for the growth and improvement of the union, making it a robust advocate for its members.
