✨️ Unfortunately, as our relationship with the District Council has evolved, we remain committed to upholding this honorable gesture for our members. We are restructuring and will need a way to fund the UBC flags to present to families. Please check back in 2026 as we reorganize the RCG.
The Retiree's Carpenter Guild is pleased to provide a service for all members affiliated with the NYCDCC, regardless of their Local Union Affiliation. This service features an Honorarium for members who have maintained good standing for a minimum of ten years, as well as for those who have deceased on a job site. The immediate family must apply for this benefit. Once approved, members of the R.C.G. will take part in the memorial service and present the family with a genuine 4' x 6' flag, adorned with the Official Emblem of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, free of charge.

Members of the Guild will make arrangements to fulfill a family's request.
We want to express our sincere gratitude for your time and consideration in assisting Carpenters to provide such a dignified service to our cherished members who have passed away. As a united community, we take great honor in giving our deceased members a fitting farewell and enduring homage.
